Our Family is Committed to Serving Your Family

In 1984, Bob and Alyce Parsons founded the Parsons Group, LLC. with the acquisition of 5 SRO hotels in Texas and Nebraska serving low-income seniors. In 1988, with the advent of Assisted Living, these services were added to our communities.

Assisted Living was emerging throughout the United States as the best way to serve seniors and their families who saw aging not as a disease but as an important and delicate stage in life. They were motivated by a distaste for nursing facilities and were committed to finding needed support for loved ones with a strong emphasis on consumer-centered personal care, residential environments, and strong social programming. 

Families desired to have mom or dad live where they could receive the support they needed to successfully age in place.

Eventually, the world of Assisted Living found a place on Wall Street with solid interest from the financial markets, hospitality industry, and others.

We work with our residents, their families, and their caregiving team to provide care that overcomes challenges, protects, and celebrates a resident’s daily successes. Guided by our care advocacy and team approach, we craft dynamic care plans that change as a resident’s needs change.
